Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Logistics Supervisor to oversee operations from Acceptance to Dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality standards and KPI targets.

You’ll supervise couriers, coordinate with service providers, train new staff, and optimize 1st mile to last mile operations for cost efficiency. This role emphasizes leadership and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational efficiency and service delivery for clients from Acceptance, Processing, Pairing, Sorting until Dispatching to ultimate destination
• Monitor Agent performance and align with Operations KPI
• Provides on time feedbacks on documentation inquiries to both external and internal customers
• Conduct training and orientation of newly hired personnel, service provider & delivery agents
• Train new couriers to use Far Eye and facilitate request for Fareye access
• Execute the process steps as indicated in the 2Ps and resolve issues related to the 2P; ability to discern issues that need to be elevated for decision making and recommend solutions
• Execute performance evaluation mechanisms for service providers; endorse new suppliers; determine/influence factors related to cost for negotiation of rates and determine optimum requirement based on budget
• Execute the operational initiatives to enhance productivity of riders and operational efficiency
• Maximize capacity and productivity of service providers on 1st mile, midmile and lastmile services to minimize cost
• Set up appropriate number of motorcycle couriers based on forecasted volume for Express products, like documents, E-Commerce (Shoppee), parcel
• Supervise the staging and sorting of documents & parcel in the warehouse based on the designated areas/zone during picking balances utilization of warehouse space.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree
• Graduate of any four year course preferably Logistic Management
• Any four year business course

Professional Experience

• 1 yr experience in Logistics Industry
