QUALIFICATIONS:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency:

Quality Control:
- Oversee the quality of output and ensure adherence to performance standards.

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quality concerns, and other operational challenges.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement new procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations and communications.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, production levels, and employee performance.
