Job summary

Datastraw Technologies is seeking an Operations Strategy Intern to join our Operations team and support day-to-day management and improvement of operational processes. This is an operations-focused internship, with exposure to reporting, tracking, and cross-team coordination.

You will work with the Operations and Tech teams to understand processes, monitor execution, and identify improvement opportunities, while learning how D2C and e-commerce operations are run in a growing organisation.

• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to follow processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution and monitoring of operational processes.
• Maintain and validate operational reports, trackers and MIS.
• Monitor SLAs, productivity, and process performance.
• Analyse operational issues, identify gaps, and support RCA.
• Conduct process audits and ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain process documentation and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up actions.
• Work with Tech on reporting, automation, and testing new tools.
• Identify repetitive or inefficient processes and suggest improvements.
• Gradually take ownership to improve efficiency.
