Support client engagements by helping teams research, organize, and execute initiatives across strategy, technology, operations, and organizational capabilities.

As a Strategy & Transformation Intern, you’ll support the teams that help organizations turn strategy into execution. You’ll work across a range of initiatives involving business strategy, technology, operations, AI, and organizational capabilities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how organizations actually change—not just how transformation is discussed in presentations.

What you’ll do

You’ll help research business problems, organize information, document processes, prepare analysis, and support the development of practical recommendations and implementation plans.

You may also contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, technology projects, operating-model work, and the systems we put in place to help organizations execute and improve.

You’ll work alongside consultants, delivery teams, clients, and implementation partners, gaining exposure to different functions and industries while developing practical problem-solving skills.
