STORAGEMART CORPORATION in Metro Manila is seeking a Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations and lead a team of packers. You will ensure quality, manage packing materials, and enforce safety standards across branches.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. The position emphasizes maintaining high packing standards, coordinating with other departments for timely dispatch, and driving efficiency through process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in packing/warehouse.
• Familiar with packing materials, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move packages; physically fit for warehouse tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or related discipline; candidates with vocational training, certification in logistics/supply chain, or relevant work experience will also be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in a packing or warehouse environment.
• Proven knowledge of various packing materials, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move packages, and perform physical tasks required in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be available to work during holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
• Must be willing to work in Metro Manila and travel across our branch locations within the area.
