Job summary

STORAGEMART CORPORATION in Metro Manila is seeking a Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations and coordinate a team of packers.

You will ensure quality standards, manage materials, and enforce safety protocols while collaborating with other departments for timely dispatch.

This role requires 1–3 years in packing/warehouse, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work holidays and weekends across our Manila branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or related discipline; vocational training or logistics certification considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in packing or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of packing materials, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move packages in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be available to work holidays and weekends; travel to branches in Metro Manila area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily packing operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of packers to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure all packed items meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Manage preparation and inventory of packing materials.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the packing area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch.
