Job summary

Teligent Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented finance/UAT professional to support testing for ATM, CRM, and card-related functions. You will review test cases, validate CMS outputs, and ensure accuracy of credit card financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in banking/financial services.
• Experience in credit card financial reporting, operations, or related functions is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles; banking industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of VISA scheme and credit card switch.
• Commercial knowledge of credit card business and related processes.
• Experience with financial system projects is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office; MS Access is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling financial data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT for ATM, CRM, Channel Reconciliation, and other card-related functions.
• Review and execute test cases, including GL mapping, report validation, and reconciliation.
• Validate data and reports from the new Card Management System (CMS).
• Review and validate credit card financial reports and reconciliation results.
• Identify, document, and consolidate testing exceptions and issues for escalation.
• Respond to queries and follow up on card transactions processed through CMS.
• Support UAT documentation, including test results and issue logs.
• Provide SME input for credit card migration and testing activities.
• Serve as SME for VISA scheme and related testing and migration.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology and testing teams for a smooth rollout.

Responsibilities:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ATM, CRM, Channel Reconciliation, and other credit/debit card-related functions.
• Review and execute test cases, including GL mapping, report validation, reconciliation, and other system and process-related testing.
• Validate data and reports generated from the new Card Management System (CMS) and ensure accuracy and completeness of outputs.
• Review and validate credit card financial reports, reconciliation results, and related processes during UAT and system migration.
• Identify, document, and consolidate testing exceptions, discrepancies, and issues for discussion, resolution, and escalation to immediate officers and the Testing Team.
• Respond to queries and conduct necessary follow-ups regarding card transactions processed through the new CMS and other updated processes resulting from Project Rubicon.
• Support UAT documentation, including test results, issue logs, and other required testing deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for credit card migration, system implementation, and testing activities involving the new card switch.
• Serve as SME for the bank’s VISA scheme and support related testing, migration, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and testing teams to ensure successful implementation and transition of credit card functions and processes.
