Job Purpose

The Operations Specialist supports the delivery of exceptional hospitality and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming and accommodating VIPs, suite owners, sponsors, and premium ticket holders.
• Ensure all premium guests’ needs are attended to promptly and courteously.
• Provide information and concierge-type assistance (event details, Arena facilities, exclusive services).

FRONT OF HOUSE OPERATIONS

• Assist in executing front-of-house plans for various events, including ushering, entry/exit flow, and guest assistance.
• Provide support in coordinating ticketing processes, gate assignments, and seating arrangements.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of guest areas before and during events.

BACK OF HOUSE OPERATIONS

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of backstage areas, including dressing rooms, green rooms, catering areas, and technical spaces.
• Provide logistical support for stage set-up, props, equipment handling, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for deliveries, storage, and equipment use.
