The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for transforming data into actionable information that supports strategic decision-making and performance management. The position develops and maintains dashboards, management reports, and automated reporting solutions that provide visibility into key operational metrics, turnaround times, SLA compliance, performance and productivity. The role collaborates with operations teams, IT, and Operations management to analyze data, identify operational risks, improvement opportunities, and performance gaps. The Business Intelligence Specialist also ensures data accuracy, drives reporting automation, and provides data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency, compliance, and organizational performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and management reports using Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
• 2. Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure report accuracy and reliability.
• 3.Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, SLA performance, cycle times, aging, and all operational metrics.
• 4. Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and performance reports for management and leadership meetings.
• 5. Collaborate with Operations management, IT, and other departments to extract and prepare ad hoc management information system data.
• 6. Conduct user training and provide technical support related to reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
• 7. Recommend process enhancements and reporting automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data visibility.
• 8. Participates in process improvement initiatives and adopts new procedures, tools, and system enhancements.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
