JOB SUMMARY:

A Technology Solution Analyst provides essential assistance to the Technology Solutions Specialist, focusing on the tactical execution, data preparation, and implementation support necessary for our urban mobility initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth implementation of Automated Parking and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging solutions and transforming raw data into reliable, structured information for advanced analysis.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DATA GATHERING AND PREPARATION SUPPORT

• Utilize Excel and BI tools to extract operational data from parking management systems, EV charging networks, and related mobile applications.

• Perform routine data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across various reporting platforms.

• Support the Technology Specialist and IT Project Manager in preparing recurring performance reports, including weekly usage summaries, revenue reconciliation data, and operational uptime metrics.

• Maintain a comprehensive library of data sources, metrics definitions, and standard operating procedures for data extraction and processing.

IMPLEMENTATION AND FIELD SUPPORT

• Assist with the logistical planning for new infrastructure deployments, including inventory tracking, delivery scheduling, and coordinating site access with internal and external partners.

• Provide hands-on support during the installation and commissioning of new hardware (e.g., LPR cameras, EV chargers, payment kiosks), ensuring setup adheres to technical documentation.

• Conduct basic functional tests and quality assurance checks on deployed systems, documenting defects and verifying resolution status.

• Help maintain accurate records of all Smart City technology assets, installation dates, and maintenance histories.

OPERATIONAL AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

• Coordinate with the vendor in creating, updating, and organizing technical documentation, training manuals, and troubleshooting guides for operational staff.

• Assist the Technology Specialist and Project Manager in preparing presentation materials and summarizing analytical findings for internal team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1-2 years of systems and infrastructure experience, preferably in a technical environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related field from a four-year college or university

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, and visualization.
