Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting and data solutions
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic initiatives
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data infrastructure
• Support forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking activities
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions
• Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related role
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work on site in Cubao or Ortigas
