You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated solutions providing visibility into operational metrics and performance. The role requires experience in BI, data analytics, and reporting, with strong Power BI, Excel, and data storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics or related four-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, MIS, Reporting, or Performance Management.
• Experience in real estate operations, shared services, or banking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, scorecards, and management reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and analysis for accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs, SLA performance, cycle times, aging, and other operational metrics.
