Job summary

Get-e is seeking a capable operations support professional in Manila to manage inbound and outbound communications with B2B customers and transport suppliers using Zendesk. You will verify bookings, ensure transport details meet requirements, and escalate disruptions while meeting SLAs.

You will follow SOPs precisely, identify inefficiencies, and coordinate with local and international teams across shifts, contributing to smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• Willing to work rotating shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fast and accurate on a computer; a short practical test will be administered.
• Able to learn and remember processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with B2B customers and transport suppliers via Zendesk.
• Check booking quality and confirm transport details meet operational requirements.
• Escalate disruptions and resolve issues within agreed service times (SLAs).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately across all tasks.
• Spot inefficiencies and flag them to the Operations Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Manila and Netherlands operations teams across shifts.
