VenturEd Solutions LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure smooth school renewals and new-customer launches. You will draft and route contract updates, perform the annual settings rollover, and build project workspaces in Teamwork to keep onboarding on track.

You will collaborate with CSMs, Implementation PMs, and Finance, maintain records in Salesforce, Teamwork, Gong, and drives, and explore automations to improve accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• College-level student or graduate.
• At least 2 years in contract operations or high-volume, detail-oriented roles.
• Proficient in Salesforce and CRM/PSA tools.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Able to interpret legal language and translate to internal notes.

Responsabilités

• Draft and route contract updates for renewals.
• Execute yearly settings rollover for ~250 schools.
• Create and maintain Teamwork project spaces for onboarding.
• Maintain records in Salesforce, Teamwork, Gong, and drives.
• Identify pain points and pilot basic automations.
• Liaise daily with CSMs, Implementation PMs, and Finance.
• Generate dashboards and reports from Salesforce, Teamwork, and data sources.
