VenturEd Solutions is hiring an Operations Support Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. You will draft contract updates, perform the annual settings rollover for about 250 schools, and build Teamwork workspaces for onboarding and implementation.

You will also ensure data hygiene across Salesforce and other tools, generate routine dashboards, and collaborate with CSMs, PMs, and Finance to keep projects on track and revenue retention strong.

Qualifications

• College-level status required (undergrad or grad).
• Minimum 2 years in contract operations or high-volume, detail‑oriented roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce; Zoho/Teamwork/Asana preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English; keen attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Draft and route contract updates for annual renewals.
• Execute yearly settings rollover for ~250 schools.
• Set up Teamwork project spaces with tasks, timelines, and permissions.
• Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce, Teamwork, Gong, and drives.
• Generate dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate daily with CSMs, Implementation PMs, and Finance.
