Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to branches, departments, and projects by coordinating requirements and activities across the organization.
• Receive, document, assess, and monitor operational requests with urgency and required actions.
• Maintain accurate trackers, readiness checklists, pending-action logs, escalation records, and other supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to route concerns to appropriate owners.
• Monitor pending requirements and delays, escalating significant risks to the Operations Support Supervisor.
• Assist in readiness activities for new branches, stores, kiosks, facilities, projects, and system implementations.
• Coordinate operational meetings and document minutes, agreements, and target dates.
• Prepare updates, readiness reports, and escalation reports while maintaining templates and support docs.
