Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead global audit operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. You will manage audit teams, oversee daily operations, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

This role requires strong people management and stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, international setting. The position is fully onsite in Cebu, Philippines, with weekday hours and mid/night shifts, and reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in international logistics or BPO.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing operations.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Oversee day-to-day audit operations and ensure KPI and service level targets are met.
• Monitor team performance and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across audit operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes, reports, and tasks.
• Ensure effective resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.
• Act as escalation point for client, carrier, and audit concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members; facilitate performance sessions.
• Manage CAPA and ensure timely actions; create SOPs and process docs.

About the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join our client's team and lead global audit operations across multiple regions. In this role, you will manage audit teams, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and service quality. You will use data and operational insights to identify gaps, improve processes, and support strong client and carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Oversee day-to-day audit operations and ensure teams meet KPI and service level targets.
• Monitor team performance and analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives across audit operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes, reports, and tasks using available systems and tools.
• Ensure effective resource utilization, workflow management, and timely completion of operational deliverables.
• Act as an escalation point for client, carrier, and audit-related concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and promote continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions on performance management, processes, and available tools.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and direction to direct reports, as applicable.
• Support audit reviews, team meetings, and initiatives focused on operational excellence and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in an international logistics or BPO environment, preferably with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams with strong people management skills.
• Experience overseeing operations, leading projects, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
