Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join our client’s team in a fully onsite capacity at IT Park, Cebu. You will lead global audit operations, manage teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of managerial experience in a tech/logistics/BPO environment, strong people management skills, and experience implementing process improvements. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a technology, logistics, or BPO environment.
• Strong people management and mentoring experience.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI and service level targets are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Lead process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes, reports, and tasks using available systems and tools.
• Act as an escalation point for client, carrier, and audit-related concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training on performance management, processes, and available tools.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and direction to direct reports, as applicable.
• Support audit reviews, team meetings, and initiatives focused on operational excellence.
