Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Cebu is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee audit operations and lead audit teams. You will monitor performance, drive process improvements, and maintain strong client relations while coaching staff for growth.

Join a fully onsite role with weekdays shifts. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous. Immediate start preferred for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Audit Supervisors and audit teams across assigned client accounts.
• Oversee the execution of audit processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely resolution of exceptions.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Support workflow standardization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and professional growth.
• Serve as a point of contact for client and carrier concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of CAPA, SOPs, and work instructions, and support team training initiatives.
• Participate in audit reviews, performance evaluations, and operational planning activities.

About the Job

You will also coach team members, promote best practices, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of audit operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
