Job summary

Wrist Service Center is seeking a Business Process Associate to support the Operations team by uploading, code cracking, cost pricing, quotations, and order confirmation, ensuring accurate transactions to keep the business running smoothly. You'll perform tasks across five main operations, work to SLAs, and strive to meet daily efficiency targets with precision.

This role welcomes fresh graduates and requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for business or supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; graduates in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong analytical background and highly detailed.
• Self-starter who is proactive and thrives with autonomy.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uploading, Code Cracking, Cost pricing, Quote submissions, Order Confirmation.
• Execute transactions accurately in line with SLA.
• Meet daily targets for efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Assist other teams when required.
