You will supervise the team, oversee daily operations, and drive escalation handling to achieve SLAs, accuracy, and quality service delivery.

Job role

The position is primarily responsible for leading the administration of policy-related reports, notices and various batch processes under the designated product scope. It is also responsible for overseeing the daily operations, supervising team performance, and managing operational escalation to achieve service level agreements (SLAs), operational efficiency, data accuracy, and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelor's degree preferably Business Administration or IT related course; At least two (2) years of experience in life insurance operations, policy administration or related functions. Has a team lead capacity.
