Job summary

NHG Population Health seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Operations Planning to support the COO in driving strategy implementation and operational effectiveness across NHG Community Health.

You will own performance reporting, KPI tracking for senior leadership, and assist with long-term capacity planning and cross-department coordination to improve resident and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant fields are a plus.
• 1–3 years in operations, planning, strategy or coordination.
• Strong administrative, stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and indicators across NHG Community Health.
• Support capacity planning and data-driven decision making for leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑department efforts and map care delivery processes.
• Produce analytical reports and maintain documentation for best practices.
