Job summary

RCBC in Manila seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production output of bank products and services, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery in line with internal controls and regulatory standards. You will supervise team members and coordinate with Head Office to ensure AMLA, Compliance, and BSP regulations are applied.

The role requires 5–7 years in banking operations at officer level, with a Bachelor's degree; Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role.
• Knowledge of BSP circulars, regulations and reports.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities.

What will make you successful?

• Graduate of any relevant course. Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role
• Knowledge of Specific Functional Work : Bank’s operations, products and services BSP circulars, regulations and reports Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
• With high level of accuracy and attention to details.
