Operations Officer – Home Loans

We are looking for an Operations Officer to support term and home loan processing, working in our office in the Philippines.

Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines – Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Create new customer profiles for both Personal and Non-Personal entities in Finacle.
• Ensure accurate data entry to maintain the integrity and regulatory compliance of term records.
• Accurately process and load term accounts in Finacle in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately process and load loan accounts in Finacle in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and external contacts through clear verbal and written communication.
• Planning & Organising: Organise daily tasks to meet departmental outputs and deliver accurate and consistent work while minimising errors.
