Job summary

Aerophone Enterprises & Co. in the Philippines seeks a Branch Manager to direct all operational aspects of the local branch, including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales.

You will assess local market conditions, develop forecasts and business plans, ensure targets are met and coach staff for peak performance. You will also identify improvements, share best practices with other branches, address customer and employee issues, uphold ethics and regulatory compliance, and

Job description

1. Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales of the branch

2. Assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities

3. Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

4. Ensuring that sales targets are met

5. Bringing out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

6. Locating areas of improvement and proposing corrective actions

7. Sharing knowledge with other branches on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

8. Addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

9. Adhering to high ethical standards

10. Ensuring compliance of all regulations and applicable laws

11. Networking to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company, in general

12. Staying abreast of competing markets and providing reports on market movement and penetration

13. Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
