Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager II in the Philippines to coach and supervise a group of Operations Managers and Team Leaders. You will drive client relationships, monitor SLAs, and help achieve financial targets while fostering a high-performance culture.

You will ensure effective training, staff development, and compliant operations across programs, partnering with Business Development to grow the business and lead regular performance reviews with direct reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred with progressive management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop action plans, provide feedback and improve performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of employees.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a group of Operations Managers and Team Leaders.
• Grow program revenue and profitability, including margins, billing, and retention.
• Ensure training, staff development, and employee relations programs are proficient.
• Lead client relationships and monitor satisfaction and SLAs.
• Partner with Business Development to expand new business from clients.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports and review performance.
