Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) for the 2026 Delivery Operations GVPAD in Alabang. The OM will coach and supervise a group of Team Leaders and ensure client SLAs and financial targets are met.

The role involves leading performance coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in operations. A strong sales/telecom background is preferred and flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree required; seven+ years of experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop action plans to maximize performance.
• Ability to analyze and improve work processes and drive results.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and guide a team of employees.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
• Maximize revenue generation to reach short- and long-term financial targets; forecast and budget.
• Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and staff.
• Review operational reports (attendance, scorecards, metrics).
• Create and maximize relationships with client partners; lead client reviews.
