Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) for the 2026 Delivery Operations GVPAD in Alabang. The OM will coach and supervise a group of Team Leaders and ensure client SLAs and financial targets are met.

The role involves leading performance coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in operations. A strong sales/telecom background is preferred and flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required; seven+ years of experience preferred.
Call center experience preferred.
Proven ability to coach and develop action plans to maximize performance.
Ability to analyze and improve work processes and drive results.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Mentor and guide a team of employees.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
Maximize revenue generation to reach short- and long-term financial targets; forecast and budget.
Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and staff.
Review operational reports (attendance, scorecards, metrics).
Create and maximize relationships with client partners; lead client reviews.
