AKA, an integrated communications agency, seeks an Operations Manager/Executive in Manila to own end-to-end job lifecycles, protect profitability, and free commercial teams to focus on strategy and revenue growth. You will gatekeep post-win workflow, onboard clients via Altair, chase POs, clear billing bottlenecks, and ensure compliance across agency accounts.

Strong stakeholder management and proactive, highly organized work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, operations management, project coordination, or account operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal account teams.
• Highly organized and proactive with a strong follow-through mindset.
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and financial lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Ownership & Enforcement: Act as the gatekeeper of the post-win workflow and take accountability for all steps once a job is confirmed.
• Account Team Liberation: Offload financial administration, system updates, and procurement liaison tasks from Account Leads.
• Client Onboarding: Manage onboarding and system compliance with Altair, the Groupe proprietary finance system.
• Financial Management: Proactively chase purchase orders, clear billing bottlenecks, and resolve delayed invoice approvals.
• Process Optimization: Identify friction points and implement solutions to improve turnaround times.
• Invoice & Approvals Tracking: Follow up on delayed invoice approvals and billing reminders.
• Job Lifecycle Closure: Oversee all administrative steps until the job is fully resolved and closed.
