Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an Operations Manager/Executive in Manila to maximize agency efficiency, protect profitability, and support client strategy and revenue growth.

You will work with Finance, Commercial and Operations to own end-to-end job lifecycles, kickstart post-win communications, onboard clients via Altair, and push for compliance across all accounts with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and operations leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and proactive follow-through mindset.
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing and financial lifecycles.
• Familiarity with client management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own post-win workflow and ensure complete operational steps after job confirmation.
• Offload financial admin, system updates and procurement liaison tasks from Account Leads.
• Manage onboarding via Altair and drive end-to-end client onboarding and compliance.
• Identify and fix recurring friction between clients, account teams, and finance.
• Track invoices and approvals to prevent backlogs and ensure timely closures.
