Job summary

MCMPIRE INC DISTRIBUTOR OF CAMANAVA AND QC AREA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the distributor organization, lead the distribution team, and ensure efficient operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence across logistics and sales support.

The candidate should hold a degree in Business or Economics, be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and possess at least two years of supervisory

Qualifications

• A degree holder in Business, Economics and other related courses.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Above average Numerical and Analytical skills
• Has relevant leadership and supervisory/managerial experience of not less than 2 years
• The candidate has proven experience working in the FMCG industry.
• Highly motivated, and capable in working under pressure.
