Due to the expansion, we are looking for Store Manager for one of our stores in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of visual merchandising in the store;
• Stock control;
• Sales planning and analysis;
• Completing standards and objectives for different departments;
• Lead a team of the store towards effective collaboration and goals achievements;
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions;

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role 1-2 years;
• Knowledge and application of fast fashion retail/clothing logics
• Independent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill;
• Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles;
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities;
• Leadership, delegation and control of the processes;
• English starting from Intermediate.
