Job summary

Cadlao El Nido Resort in El Nido, Palawan, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily resort operations, with a primary focus on the restaurant (F&B). You will work alongside the General Manager and department heads to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality or related degree and at least 3 years in restaurant or hospitality operations management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Willing to relocate to El Nido.

We're Hiring: Operations Manager

Location: Cadlao El Nido Resort – El Nido, Palawan

Cadlao El Nido Resort is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Department Heads to oversee the daily operations of the resort. While the role supports all operational departments, its primary focus is ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant (F&B) , maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all departments together with the General Manager and Department Heads.
• Lead and supervise the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth workflow.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and compliance with company standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective leadership and attention to detail.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements and achieving company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management.
• Strong background in restaurant management is required.
• Experience supervising multiple departments is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Willing to relocate to El Nido, Palawan.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₱65,000 per month
• Service Charge: Up to ₱20,000+ per month (depending on business performance)
• Free staff accommodation
• Electricity and water are charged separately (typically only ₱200–₱300 per month)
