Job summary

Gourmet Creations OPC in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a seasoned bakery operations manager with at least 2 years in a bake shop. You will oversee food production, QC, and commissary operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

The role requires leadership, budgeting and inventory control, plus knowledge of HACCP and GMP. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of managerial experience in a bake shop.
