Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to lead laboratory operations, drive efficiency, and align delivery with business goals. This onsite role in Marilao, Bulacan focuses on productivity, TAT, and resource optimization.

You will collaborate with QA, Sales, HR, and Finance, support ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, and provide performance insights to management. A science background and 3–5 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial operations experience.
• Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 is advantageous.
• Willing to work onsite in Marilao, Bulacan.
