You will lead laboratory personnel and equipment, ensure staff competency and training, drive process improvements, and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory compliance, with a BS Chemistry degree and licensed Chemist status required; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Chemistry graduate.
• Licensed Chemist.
• 3–5 years laboratory experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laboratory operations and workload.
• Ensure timely and accurate test results.
• Monitor TAT, productivity, quality, and capacity.
• Manage laboratory personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure staff competency and proper training.
• Drive process improvement and backlog reduction.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA and other departments.
