Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee daily lab operations, ensure timely and accurate test results, and monitor turnaround time, productivity, quality, and capacity.

You will lead laboratory personnel and equipment, ensure staff competency and training, drive process improvements, and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 and regulatory compliance, with a BS Chemistry degree and licensed Chemist status required; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Chemistry graduate.
• Licensed Chemist.
• 3–5 years laboratory experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
