Job summary

A leading testing laboratory in Makati is looking for a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee operational processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in laboratory operations, preferably in food or environmental testing, and possess strong management and coordination skills. This role includes financial oversight, client engagement, and strategic planning to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing laboratory operations in Food, Environmental, or Hardlines sectors.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including QA/QC, R&D, and Production.
• Strong background in operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of operational processes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end laboratory workflow and enforce good laboratory practices.
• Manage Profit & Loss of assigned business lines and monitor inventory levels.
• Serve as primary contact for technical support and build strong client relationships.
• Develop strategic goals and implement long-term plans for laboratory operations.
