Job summary

Connectwise Outsourcing Services is seeking an Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing to oversee daily plant operations at the Silang Cavite site. You will coordinate production, maintenance, logistics, and QA/QC teams to meet targets while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in food manufacturing or FMCG operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills and knowledge of food safety systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge of food safety management systems, lean manufacturing, and process improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall plant operations, ensuring production schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to maintain smooth workflow.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Control operating costs and manage resources effectively.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to health and environmental policies.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
