Operational Management

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily distribution operations for wholesale and retail channels

• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and product availability

• Implement inventory control systems to minimize losses, damages, and stock discrepancies

• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes

Logistics & Distribution

• Manage delivery schedules, route planning, and third-party logistics providers

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers and retail outlets

• Address delivery issues, customer complaints, and service level concerns

Cost Control & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and manage operational budgets

• Monitor operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and delivery accuracy

People Management

• Lead, train, and supervise operations staff, warehouse personnel, and drivers

• Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Implement risk management and loss prevention measures

• Oversee audits, inventory counts, and operational reviews

Process Improvement & Strategy

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements

• Support expansion initiatives such as new warehouses, outlets, or distribution channels

• Collaborate with management on operational strategies and business planning
