Job summary

uBreakiFix is seeking an Operations Manager, Supply Chain to lead day-to-day logistics, inventory and fulfillment, driving cost control, safety, quality and on‑time delivery across the network.

You will standardize processes, plan capacity, collaborate with OQES and 3PLs, and mentor supervisors while delivering KPI improvements and scalable growth. A bachelor’s in a related field and 10 years of operations experience are preferred.

• 10 years of operations management experience.
• Track record of improving KPIs in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules for timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles where applicable.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality to implement corrective actions.
• Supervise production supervisors and staff.
• Oversee inventory levels, raw material usage, and equipment maintenance.

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
