. Warehouse Operations Management

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping)

• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs

• Monitor productivity and operational performance

2. Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and system updates

• Oversee stock movements (inbound, internal, outbound)

• Implement FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff

• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance

• Enforce discipline, safety, and company policies

• Conduct regular team briefings and coaching

4. Receiving & Dispatch Control

• Oversee receiving process (checking quantity & quality)

• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented

• Supervise order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness

5. Inventory Auditing & Accuracy

• Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits

• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions

• Maintain high inventory accuracy standards

6. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

• Support implementation of warehouse systems and automation

• Ensure continuous improvement in cost, speed, and accuracy

7. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse

• Report and address incidents or risks immediately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations

• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
