Job summary

Jollibee Group North America is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving KRA targets through effective shift operations. You will monitor, analyze and recommend action plans to improve shift performance across KRAs.

You will also gather data for marketing program development, provide marketing support, and implement the suggestive selling program, while ensuring Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) and Gold Standard Consistency (GSC)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or business-related field.
• Previous work experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop in operations management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and recommend action plans for shift performance across KRAs.
• Gather data for marketing program development and support marketing activities, including suggestive selling.
• Check store readiness for new products and enforce FSC, GSC, AJ, and SLA compliance during shifts.
