Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager 3 to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving KRA targets through effective shift operations. The ARM 3 will monitor and analyze shift performance, gather marketing data, and implement suggestive selling programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or business-related field.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and propose action plans for shift performance across KRAs.
• Gather data to support marketing program development and provide marketing support.
• Implement suggestive selling programs and ensure store readiness for NP launches.
• Enforce Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition plans and drive Gold Standard Consistency during shifts.
• Oversee Alagang Jollibee (AJ) initiatives and monitor 3P provider against SLA; provide feedback as needed.
