Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving KRA targets through effective shift operations management. The role involves monitoring, analyzing and proposing actions for shift performance across KRAs, collecting data for marketing programs, and supporting marketing initiatives.

The trainee will implement FSC plans, drive GSC compliance, and oversee AJ initiatives while monitoring SLA performance with service providers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and recommend action plans for shift performance across KRAs.
• Gather data for marketing program development and support requirements.
• Implement the suggestive selling program and support marketing initiatives.
• Check store preparedness for new product launches during shifts.
• Implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans.
• Drive Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) compliance during shifts.
• Provide feedback to function holders when needed.
• Implement Alagang Jollibee (AJ) initiatives and monitor 3P SLA performance.

The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving the KRA targets through effective management of shift operations. Responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing and recommending action plans relating to shift ‘s performance in all KRAs. The role also gathers data for marketing program development, provides for marketing support requirements, and implements the suggestive selling program. The OMT checks store preparedness for new products (NP) during the shift, implements Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans, drive Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) compliance during the shift and provide feedback to function holders when needed, implements the Alagang Jollibee (AJ) and monitors the performance of the 3P service provider versus Service Level Agreement (SLA). Must have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course. Previous work experience is not required
