Job summary

You will also manage workforce planning, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support, along with handling store administration and regulatory compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be able to communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in the store operations.
• Must be able to perform well even under pressure or opposition.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards while overseeing daily store operations.
