Qualifications

• Graduate of technical/vocational course, engineering or engineering-related courses, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Knowledge of EHS, GMP, ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely maintenance and address non-conformances.
• Oversee building upkeep including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and ISO 9001:2015; participate in internal audits.
• Prepare maintenance reports and conduct root cause analyses to drive improvements.
• Monitor maintenance teams and provide guidance; maintain accurate turnover notes.
