EcoPackables, a fast-growing mission-driven company, seeks an Operations Manager to bridge sales, procurement, and operations in Mexico. You will support sales reps, gather quotes, place POs, track production and shipping timelines, and move projects from quote to delivery.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to work at the intersection of our sales, procurement, and operations teams.

Your job is simple: help our sales reps better service their accounts and make sure the operational details behind each order get done right.

You’ll communicate directly with customers and our production partners, gather quotes and pricing, place purchase orders, track production and shipping timelines, and help move projects from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and production partners on quotes, orders, timelines, and shipping
• Support sales reps in servicing and managing their accounts
• Place POs and track orders from production through deliveryManage order details, including pricing, specs, quantities, and timelines
• Proactively follow up and flag issues before they become problems
• Support quoting, procurement, fulfillment, and other operational needs
