Job summary

EcoPackables is seeking an Operations Manager to support the sales, procurement, and operations teams. You will coordinate quotes, place POs, track production and shipping, and ensure orders move from quote to delivery.

The role requires high organization, proactive ownership, and effective communication with customers and vendors. Prior packaging or supply chain experience is a plus but not required in our fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and production partners on quotes, orders, timelines, and shipping.
• Support sales reps in servicing and managing their accounts.
• Place POs and track orders from production through delivery.
• Manage order details, including pricing, specs, quantities, and timelines.
• Proactively follow up and flag issues before they become problems.
• Support quoting, procurement, fulfillment, and other operational needs.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager to work at the intersection of our sales, procurement, and operations teams.

Your job is simple: help our sales reps better service their accounts and make sure the operational details behind each order get done right.

You’ll communicate directly with customers and our production partners, gather quotes and pricing, place purchase orders, track production and shipping timelines, and help move projects from quote to delivery.
