Job summary

Prime Worldwide Paper Packaging Corp. Laguna plant is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, optimize workflows, and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a technical engineering degree and has 3–5 years in production with 1–2 years in a leadership role, plus strong communication, organizational, and hands-on management skills. You will drive continuous improvement and enforce quality and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in managing production targets, manpower and operational efficiency.
