Intogreat Solutions, a growing BPO provider, is seeking an Operations Manager for Growth, Sales and Client Portfolio. This onsite role aligns with US hours and focuses on leading operations, nurturing client relations, and scaling client programs across global teams.

You will drive performance, manage escalations, and mentor leaders to ensure exceptional service delivery and measurable growth across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Leadership within BPO/shared services, sales operations, or client services.
• Strong stakeholder management with client-facing accountability.
• Experience owning client relationships, escalations, and reviews.
• Proven track record in operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational teams supporting sales, delivery, and growth.
